Tequila

Everyone usually thinks of the petrol tasting clear liquid that has a worm in it  (Mescal)

How many have tasted  Gold or Centarian Tequila

Gold

is 2-3 years old aged in Bourbon casks

has a pale golden colour and a smother taste but still has a roughness to the taste

Centarian

I don't know if I've spelt this right

this is aged 10 years again in Bourbon casks

has a deeper amber colouration and a smooth taste all of it's own

It is very expensive in Mexico and is rarely exported

It has a taste similar to a single malt but then has a smoothness all of it's own like an Oyster with a rattlesnake bite
