Wine is a subject that's far too often the province of folks with set ideas and who have opinions rather than solid facts to back them up. We believe that a free-thinking place to talk, where no question is 'stupid' is something that's missing from the wine world. As regular contributors to wine forums, and also as professionals in the trade, we decided to take up the challenge and provide a place to talk, ask questions, give opinions and learn about all things alcoholic, not just wine but liqueurs, spirits and if people are interested, beers and ciders and other important elixirs.
