What is your favourite Cava?

What is your regular Cava (the one you have most often)?

What occasions would you have them on, and what endears them to you?

What flavours and sensations should someone look out for when trying them?

Any other advice you would recommend?

I like Freixenet in the black bottle.

What I like about it is that it is not trying to duplicate Champgne, but because it uses different grapes it has a different taste.
